Speed and accounts
reconciled.
Nexa supports the industrialization of business rituals: traceable decisions, validated by experts and documented for the review.
OUR TECHNICAL PROMISE
At Nexa, proof is not a layer of compliance added after production. It is part of the product
A result generated by AI only has value if it can be linked to its sources, explained in its logic, traced in its production and accepted in its validation.
Our position is simple: a result without proof is not an exploitable result.
How was this result produced?
The Run Receipt responds.
Sources used, models, parameters, timestamp. This is the technical receipt for each execution.
MANUFACTURING
Why is this result justified?
The Evidence Panel responds.
Sources cited, data lineage, compliance checks. This is the screen where your experts check before signing.
JUSTIFICATION
What to show the listener?
The Audit Pack responds.
An exportable file which includes the production, justification and signature. Ready in one click, not rebuilt after the fact.
RESPONSIBILITY
ARCHITECTURE
Intelligence changes
Control remains
AI engines change every six months. Your rules, evidence, and validated processes should not change with them.
Nexa separates the interchangeable motor from the stable control system. This is what we call Reversible Architecture.
Modularity is not an engineering choice. It is a strategic guarantee of reversibility and maintainability.

UNDER THE HOOD
From business ritual to cloud
A layered view of the Nexa Forward platform: land with vertical suites, scale with governed core, on the infrastructure you choose.
The stack auto-cycles; click a layer or a label to focus it.
AI STANDARDIZATION
In five steps, we govern what you already do
No need to start from scratch. Nexa instruments your existing processes to make them traceable, validated and capitalizable.
1
Capture
We document what your teams are already doing, committees, analyses, recurring deliverables.
2
Structuring
We define the inputs, the expected outputs and the moments when a human expert validates.
3
Governance
We add safeguards: protection of personal data, data residency, version traceability.
4
Certification
First certified execution: the system automatically produces the technical receipt and the audit file.
5
Deployment
In production. Your experts see the evidence, validate it, and each use enriches the organization's memory.
Land with the vertical. Scale with the Core.
THE CORE
The technical base on which everything is based
Three essential building blocks: manage, arbitrate and capitalize.
Cockpit
A single dashboard to manage all your AI uses: health, costs, compliance.
Arbitration algorithm
The system chooses the best engine for each task, based on cost, quality and your safety constraints.
AI Knowledge Vault
Each validation enriches a memory specific to your organization. The following ritual costs less and goes faster.
WHY IT LASTS
What you build with Nexa is yours
Two dynamics that strengthen your advantage over time.
EVIDENCE
Your evidence history
Evidence-native is an architectural constraint, not an optional feature. The more an organization uses Nexa for its Business Rituals, the more Run Receipts, Audit Packs and Replayable Runs it accumulates. This history of evidence becomes a compliance infrastructure that no migration can duplicate.
Changing platforms means giving up the entire historical evidence record.
AWARENESS
Your operational memory
With each Ritual performed, the AI Knowledge Vault is enriched: prompts optimized by HITL, efficient data patterns, proven compliance policies. This accumulation is specific to the organization. The deployment cost decreases while performance increases.
Leaving Nexa means abandoning the organization's AI operational memory. This capital is not portable.
These two dynamics do not add up, they multiply.
IT FAQ
The Core, in questions
Why is data residency structuring for the IT department?
When a regulator asks where your data is processed, you should be able to respond immediately. Nexa allows you to define, per project, whether the data remains in a private perimeter or in an approved cloud region. This clarifies what falls under your internal control and what goes through third-party services, and speeds up approval when deadlines are tight.
How does Nexa guarantee the traceability of each Execution?
At each execution, Nexa automatically produces a complete technical receipt: what data was used, what model, what parameters, who validated, at what time. The Evidence Panel makes this information readable for a sponsor or controller, without technical jargon. And the Audit Pack brings it all together in an exportable file, ready for an audit.
What happens when the underlying LLM model changes?
AI engines evolve quickly, Nexa is designed for that. The control system, the rules of proof and the validations of your experts remain unchanged when the engine changes. The accumulated memory (validated prompts, optimal configurations, compliance policies) is preserved and transferred to the new engine. Changing models is a migration, not a rebuild.
How is Cost per Run calculated and used?
Each execution has a measurable cost, tokens consumed, calculation time, model used. The Cockpit displays this cost in real time and allows configurations to be compared. It is not an ROI indicator, it is a budgetary governance tool that makes visible what Shadow AI leaves in the shadows.
How does Nexa manage sensitive data and PII compliance?
Built-in guardrails automatically detect personal data, prompt injection attempts, and sensitive keys, before the result is produced. These protections apply on every run, without manual configuration. Data residency can be configured per project: managed cloud or on your own servers.
Are the Executions replayable and reproducible?
Yes. Each technical receipt captures the exact execution conditions, versions, parameters, input data. We can therefore replay any execution identically, whether for an audit, to compare two configurations, or to demonstrate the conformity of a past result.
